Reno, Nevada--SpineNevada announces Dr. James Lynch recognized with the 2014 High Fives Foundation Community Five Award

The High Fives Non-Profit Foundation emphasizes a strong sense of community through its continued effort to realize its vision of becoming the safety net for the winter action sports community.
On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, the High Fives Foundation hosted The Biggest Little High Five Gala at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno, NV. At the packed venue of 180 distinguished guests, the High Fives Foundation highlighted stories and videos from High Fives Athletes as well as support from notable contributing partners such as SpineNevada.
During the Gala, The High Fives Foundation’s Roy Tuscany announced the five recipients of the inaugural Community Five Award -- the Community Five Award recognizes those that embody the ideals of community in the context of growth and positivity.
Dr. James Lynch of SpineNevada Minimally Invasive Spine Institute was one of five recipients of the 2014 High Fives Foundation Community Five Award.
SpineNevada notes that Dr. Lynch was recognized with the inaugural Community Five Award because of his medical field expertise along with his natural ability to help others in all walks of life. As the Medical Director of the High Fives Foundation’s Board of Directors, Dr. Lynch has facilitated the opening of a satellite office for the Foundation at SpineNevada in Reno, NV. He has also offered pro-bono services for all current and future High Fives Athletes through SpineNevada. Additionally, Dr. Lynch has fostered relationships between Renown Health in Reno, NV as well as NuVasive - Creative Spine Technology. Dr. Lynch is a pillar of the Lake Tahoe area medical community and a considered a leader amongst his peers nationwide.
Other recipients of the 2014 Community Five Award include Tony Schmiesing of Berkeley, CA, Galen; Shayla Gifford of Reno, NV and Tahoe City, CA; Andy Wirth of Truckee, CA; and Grant Korgan of Reno, NV. SpineNevada is pleased to congratulate all of the 2014 Community Five Award recipients.
